Complete guide to install and operate our trading bot

System Requirements

  • MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform installed
  • Windows 7 or higher (or VPS with Windows Server)
  • Stable internet connection (recommended 10 Mbps or higher)
  • Active trading account with supported broker

Installation Steps

  1. Download the EA file

    After subscription, download the Expert Advisor (.ex4 or .mq4) file from your account dashboard

  2. Locate MT4 data folder

    Open MT4 → File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 → Experts

  3. Copy EA file

    Copy the downloaded EA file into the Experts folder

  4. Restart MT4

    Close and reopen MT4 platform to load the new Expert Advisor

  5. Enable DLL and web URL

    Click Tools → Option → Expert Advisors in MT4 toolbar. Tick 'Allow web request'. Add URL: https://mt.zbot.systems . Apply and close

  6. Enable auto-trading

    Click 'Auto Trading' button in MT4 toolbar (should turn green)

Configuration & Setup

Attach EA to Chart

  • → Open the currency pair chart you want to trade (e.g., EURUSD)
  • → Navigate to Navigator → Expert Advisors
  • → Drag and drop the EA onto the chart

EA Settings

  • → Lot Size: Set your trading volume (0.01 - 100)
  • → Stop Loss: Set maximum loss per trade (pips)
  • → Take Profit: Set profit target per trade (pips)
  • → Risk Management: Enable/disable money management features

Daily Operation

Monitoring

  • Check EA status on chart (smile icon = active)
  • Review open positions regularly
  • Monitor account balance and equity

Maintenance

  • Keep MT4 platform running 24/7 (or use VPS)
  • Update EA when new version is released
  • Backup your settings periodically
